Designing Your Future Home

Once we have a lot secured, we have a few options you can choose from regarding your home's layout and design.

We can review your predetermined house plan and work with you to meet your wants and needs.
We can use one of our standard plans that have been used in homes that our clients love to live in.
We can work with you to design a completely custom blueprint for your home that has distinct features or unique styles.

Once we've determined the perfect blueprint for your future home, we can work up an accurate price quote and detailed contract.

Home Financing Options

At this step, we certainly don't want you to feel stranded or confused. Tom Montagna Builders will assist you in financing your custom-built home. We can arrange financing to meet your needs, either through options to pay for your home itself or packages that combine both your home and land. You can also provide your own financing through an approved payment schedule option.

The final step in our process is making sure that you're in love with your new home.
